Yes you do. We need a copy of a valid passport or ID card as proof of identity with a recent photograph. Secondly, as proof of residence, we need a utility bill (gas, electricity, water etc.) not older than six months. You may also send a bank statement which states your address.

No you cannot. The account needs to be validated before you are able to trade.

Yes you do:
For the MetaTrader 5 platform login to the Members Area and navigate to Platforms.
For the Mobile Platforms follow visit the Mobile platforms section

You can fund your account through the Members Area by selecting the Members Area by selecting the ‘Deposit / Withdraw’ menu.

No, it is not possible to lose more money than you invest as we have a Stop Out level of 10%

We offer a wide selection of deposit / pull, all of which are available to facilitate the affairs of funding your account. To see these options, please visit the page funding Account page.

Any amount which exceeds the deposit amount can be withdrawn via BankWire.

The withdrawal/deposit process can take up to 48 hours. But an actual bank wire transfer of funds may take up to 5 working days.

It is always preferable if the method employed for depositing and withdrawing is the same to ensure the security of transactions at all times.

Money transferred to and from third party accounts is not allowed.

Yes, the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platform supports the use of Expert Advisors.

To obtain all the Instruments on the MT5 Market Watch you need to open the MT5 platform and find the Market Watch window -> right click -> Click on “Show all” -> all instruments will be available for trading.

No, you cannot. The time zone on the Platform represents the Time Zone of our trading servers which is GMT+2.

You need to check if trading is allowed by following these simple steps: Tools -> Options -> Experts tab -> Allow real trading. Then click the Expert Advisor button on the main tool bar, you should now be able to see a smiley face in the top right corner of your chart which indicates that you have activated your Expert Advisor properly.
